On Amazon to find your order id tap the burger icon on bottom right > your orders > select the item you purchased > scroll down to order info > select view order info > order no should be on top.
Good news. We are updating our Terms and Services for our product warranty. At the moment, customers need to fill in a warranty form to receive 6 months of cover. However, we have noticed that some customers struggle to find their Amazon order number, and others simply forget to register. To make things easier, we are simplifying the entire process. What will change soon • You will no longer need to fill in any forms or register your product. • In the future, all we will ask for is your Amazon order number when you contact us about a feeder issue, this is to verify your order. • We are also extending the warranty from 6 months to 12 months. You deserve it. You take care of the birds, and we will always take care of you. What to do right now Please continue to fill in the warranty form for the moment, as the new system is not active yet. However, if your feeder breaks within 12 months, you can still reach out to us, even though the current system shows 6 months. We will honour the full 12 month cover.
